STREET OUTREACH & ESSENTIAL SUPPORT
Street Support KC
Street Support KC provides direct outreach and essential resources to people experiencing homelessness and housing instability throughout Kansas City, including food, clothing, hygiene products, and other everyday necessities.
How We Work Together
Through our partnership with Street Support KC, Home for the Homeless helps address immediate needs by supporting access to essentials such as sleeping bags, hygiene products, underwear, socks, reading glasses, and other everyday necessities. Together, we help meet immediate needs with dignity while connecting people with additional community resources.
RECOVERY & COMMUNITY SUPPORT
Hope City KC
Hope City KC is a community center serving Kansas City’s urban core through food assistance, addiction recovery, youth programming, and other services designed to support individuals and families facing difficult circumstances.
How We Work Together
Through our support of Hope City KC, individuals can access addiction recovery resources, community space, meals, food assistance, and other services designed to provide stability and connection. We also support projects that strengthen Hope City's physical space and create a more welcoming environment for the people and neighborhood it serves.
FOOD ACCESS
Kanbe’s Markets
Kanbe’s Markets is a Kansas City nonprofit working to build a more inclusive food system by transforming food loss into food access. Through food rescue and community partnerships, they help ensure fresh, nutritious food reaches people and neighborhoods where it’s needed most.
How We Work Together
Through our support of Kanbe's Markets, we help strengthen efforts to redirect fresh food where it's needed most and expand access to healthy food for individuals and families across Kansas City. Our financial support helps Kanbe's continue building a more equitable and sustainable local food system.
